What are your nameservers?
Use the following nameservers for your domain:
ns1.phoenixwd.com
ns2.phoenixwd.com
Remember this change can take up to 72 hours to propagate the internet and make your website visible from our server.
How do I login to my control panel?
Open your web browser, and in the address bar type the URL where your Plesk control panel is located (for example, https://your.domain.com:8443). Once logged in select 'Home' under the 'General' menu on the left side of the screen to view your domain options.
I'm getting a untrusted certificate warning when I try to login to Plesk.
Certain browsers will receive this warning but as long as you are going to https://your.domain.com:8443 you can be assured the connection is secure and it is ok to accept the connection.

How do I setup email accounts?
Accounts setup before 2010 can be setup in the Plesk control panel. For all other accounts you need to login with your mail admin account at http://mail.your_domain.com. Once logged in, on the top right corner of the screen select 'Manage this domain' to be taken to the dashboard. On the menu select 'Users and groups' to add a new email user or group.
How do I check my webmail?
Open your web browser, and in the address bar type the URL http://mail.your_domain.com.
